Each investment opportunity is carefully evaluated before any commitment, ensuring security and high potential returns. The company continuously monitors all investments, taking swift action when necessary to ensure timely repayments to investors.
Choose a product/products
Browse the range of investment products on offer, and decide whether you would like to invest for income or capital growth. LPD offer two types of investment products:
- Redeemable share options in individual development projects offering fixed-rate, fixed-term returns plus a share
of profits upon completion* - A fixed-income portfolio of redeemable share options invested across a range of projects, paying quarterly income*
You can combine both types of investment products to invest for both income and capital growth. There is no limit to the number of products in which you can be invested simultaneously.
